Elevating Your Spirits
First we start with premium American White Oak, spiral cut using a patented technique to maximize end-grain exposure, which in turn minimizes aging time. We then use a convection oven for controlled temperature exposure, timed for uniformity of depth of toast. Finally we run the spirals through a custom made conveyor charring machine which adds a char #3 to the spirals.
When you introduce the Oak Infusion Spiral to your .750L bottle of spirit etc., its fast submersion gets extraction started immediately, and ensures full extraction in 2 weeks, while triggering the onset of the integration process.
Oak color, flavor, aroma and complexity is added to your young whiskey, bitters, growler of beer, or even hot sauce. The possibilities are endless.
